By creating an account or using BedtimeCast, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use BedtimeCast.

2. Description of Service

BedtimeCast is a web application that generates personalized audio stories for children using artificial intelligence. Stories are created on-demand based on a child's name, age, and interests. The service includes AI-generated text, narration, and illustrations.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

BedtimeCast offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through a secure payment processor. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months, but we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect the current billing period.

5. AI-Generated Content

Stories, narration, and images are generated by artificial intelligence. While we design our systems to produce safe, age-appropriate content, AI outputs can occasionally be unexpected. We review and improve our content filters continuously but cannot guarantee perfection.

You retain the right to use stories generated for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share stories with family members. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated content.

6. Voice Cloning

By uploading a voice recording for cloning, you represent that you have the right to use that voice and consent from the person whose voice is being cloned. You may not clone voices of public figures, celebrities, or anyone who has not given consent. We reserve the right to remove voice clones that violate this policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or security measures
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the service
• Upload malicious files or content
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

BedtimeCast is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data, including stories, child profiles, voice clones, and payment history. This action cannot be undone.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
